Walk for Kicks Program

Log your walking trips to earn a $50 sneaker gift card!

"Walk for Kicks” is our pedestrian incentive program created to encourage Assembly residents and employees to walk instead of drive while completing daily activities, running errands, and commuting to work. All residents and employees of the Assembly Square District are eligible to participate in this program. Start logging your walking trips on TripConnect to earn your achievement badges and gift card!

 

How to Participate:

  1. Log into TripConnect and log your trips on your Dashboard page

  2. Select walking as your "Mode of Travel", then choose a "Type of Trip" (commute, errand, recreation, or other)

  3. Participant will earn a badge for every 25 walking trips logged in TripConnect. Each “Type of Trip” category will have a unique badge icon. When a participant earns their first badge for any category, they will be rewarded with a small merchandise prize item.

  4. Participants can earn any combination of 4 badges to be eligible for the gift card

  5. Once you have earned 4 achievement badges, you will be eligible for a $50 gift card to a sneaker retailer of your choice here at Assembly!

Program Guidelines:

  • Participant must log 100 total walking trips on TripConnect to earn the $50 sneaker reward

  • Eligible walking trips must start or end at Assembly and can include anything from walking to the grocery store, going for a nature walk, taking your dog out, and more!
