Assembly Connect’s Carpool Incentive Program

When you join a carpool, Assembly Connect will give your group a $75 GAS CARD per month when you travel to and from Assembly together.

All employees and residents of the Assembly Square district who currently commute by car are eligible to join the program. Register on TripConnect to start exploring carpool groups that share your commute!

 

How to Join:

  1. Claim the Carpool Incentive Program on TripConnect and fill out the form. Assembly Connect will review and confirm your eligibility.

  2. Join or create a carpool.

  3. You and your carpool partner(s) must log at least EIGHT carpool trips each month to be eligible for the gas gift cards. You can participate for a maximum of three months.

  4. Once you have logged the minimum number of trips required, claim your gas card(s) for each eligible month on TripConnect through the “Carpool Program Gas Gift Card Redemption”.

 

Program Guidelines:

  • To join, you must be an Assembly Square employee or resident who currently commutes by car.

  • Participants must carpool together at least EIGHT times each month.

  • EACH participant must LOG their carpool trips on TripConnect to receive the gas card for each eligible month.

  • For each eligible month, the carpool group will receive a $75 gas card. Groups can receive up to $225 in gas cards for the entirety of the program ($75/month for three months maximum).

  • Participants who carpool at least EIGHT times during the month can redeem the $75 gas card for the carpool at the end of that month, or continue to aggregate their trips and redeem their gas card after completion of two months (16 carpool trips = 8 trips per month) for a $150 gas card, or at the completion of three months (24 carpool trips = 8 trips per month) for $225 total in gift cards. The maximum number of months that a carpool is eligible to receive gas cards is three months (totaling $225 in gas gift cards).

  • All gas cards will be redeemed on TripConnect through the "Carpool Program Gas Gift Card Redemption".
